We have been embroidering garments since 1989, using the latest Tajima embroidering machine technology and durable Madeira threads. Embroidered logos not only look good, they can give your company, club or organisation a smart and professional appearance. Pricing for embroidery relies on a number of factors and therefore we always recommend you contact us for a personal quotation. We use the latest Tajima embroidery machines and our Madeira threads come in a huge range of colours and finishes to ensure your design stands out.
Standard Embroidery
The most common location for embroidery is the left chest. Logos up to approximately 10 cm can be stitched onto the chest of your chosen garment.
This makes a striking and professional image for your company, club or organisation and can be safely washed without colour run. Larger designs can also be embroidered on the back of most garments.
Hat Embroidery
Our specialised hat clamps ensure that we can embroider onto most types of hats including baseball caps, beanies, knitted hats and more.
Large Scale Embroidery
We have a specially adapted machine that can produce large scale embroidery for a variety of uses including presentation tablecloths, horse rugs and blankets.
Due to the complex nature of embroidery we have to quote based on size of your artwork and the number of stitches needed to reproduce your embroidered logo.

Screen Printing
Screen printed designs in up to four colours with no screen or set-up charges.
Screen Printing is a method of printing garments, where ink is forced through a mesh onto the item of clothing underneath. A heat treatment is then applied to set and cure the print. The method is ideal for large runs of printed garments, giving a flat, durable finish that can be washed safely without fade or deteroation. We have been screen printing for our customers for over 20 years, a manual technique that needs every year of that experience to be able to produce the quality of finish that we do. We can produce screen prints in up to 4 colours, but can also use screen printed transfers for designs with more colours.
Please email us for a quotation, attaching your artwork and giving an indication of the quantity and type of garment needed.
Artwork:
Artwork should be supplied as an EPS or AI vector file. If you only have a different format available we offer a low cost conversion service. Vector graphics allow the image to be manipulated without loss of quality and enable colours to be seperated when printed multiple colours.
Garments:
Screen printing works best on garments that have smooth and flat finish, free of features such hems, seams and pockets. We have a number of product categories which recommend the best garments based on factors such as value, quality and purpose.

Digitial Transfer Printing
If your design requires a full colour image (our screen printing can handle a maximum of 4 colours), we can apply a heat transfer print to your garment with a full colour, photo quality image. Unlike standard cut vinyl which is used by many textile decorators, our mimaki machines can match your exact pantone references by printing the design first and then cutting around the image. This also elimates those unsightly white boxes which is a result of desktop printer transfers.
You are able to wash garments with our transfers at 40 degress and iron on the reverse. There is no unnatural colour fading and we have recently invested in brand new heat presses which give a firm and permanent application.
Artwork should be supplied as an EPS or AI vector file which enables the image to be maniplulated without the image being distorted. If you are unable to supply either format we can convert into an EPS for a small fee.
Lithographic Transfer Print:
For larger runs and bigger designs we are also able to produce a lithographic transfer print. This gives full colour prints without a vinyl being applied. This allows us to keep the cost to you down significantly as well.
Individual Names and Numbers:
If your specification requires names or numbers on your garments our heat transfer process can apply these to your exact specification. We can match the exact colour you require if you supply a pantone reference.
Wide Format Full Colour Print:
Our Mimaki digitial printer can handle vinyl rolls up to 1000 mm in width which allows for a print width of approximate 800mm and an unlimited length. This application can be used for tablecloths, banners or flags. The print is hard wearing, durable, and can be washed safely at 40 degrees.

Digital Sublimation Printing
We can produce an all over print of your design using sublimation printing. This is suitable if you have an all over design such as photograph or pattern and you would like re-produced or want to match your pantone colour. The design is printed directly onto a white base cloth and therefore the underside of the cloths remains white in colour.
